Whoops…we jumped the pictures….cozy mountain cabin. It was 66 degrees there which felt wonderful to this Texan. When we got back, Karlyce fixed us dinner again. Did I tell you she is a wonderful cook😊.

One other thing…If you ever get to Greeley, Karlyce offers great shopping at her house. I came away with 3 purses, 2 wallets, a Panda bracelet, a homemade pepper mix, and earrings. Best of all, it didn’t cost me a thing.

Tomorrow, we’re headed for Spearfish Canyon for a couple of days before we go to Wyoming to see our grandsons play football. We’re loving life.

    Mary, this is so perfect! I love reading your lesson of the day, and seeing the pictures and keeping up with your highways and byways! I was not able to access it when you first told me, but the link you sent helped. Thank you a million times. This is such a great idea. Never did a blog before myself. Got the birthDay card and laughed 5times at least! Thanks! Can’t wait to see which town you hit next. Kip’s sister’s home looks sooo peaceful and lovely.
